Exchanges and Returns Policy

At ShopHeyDudeFC, we want our customers to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide a clear and fair exchange and return process.

Eligibility

• Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.
• Final sale or clearance items may not be returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Exchange Process

• Contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange.
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement will be shipped within 3 business days.
• If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Returns & Refunds

• Approved returns must be sent back following the provided instructions.
• Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
