Our Celine Strapless Dress is a textured mini dress with a sweetheart neckline, unique peplum hemline, and self tie waist detail. This super unique mini dress is fully gathered on each side which provides a figure flattering fit. The attatched self tie sash is fully adjautable and creates a customizable fit. This dress is completed with an exposed gold zipper closure, no slip grip on the neckline for added security and is fully lined.  This dress has little to no stretch and we recommend sizing up.
